Under the corporate umbrella of PAW County Animal Response Team, Inc., two animal welfare groups, The Pottawatomie County Animal Response Team, Inc. (PAWCART) and Paws to Love Animal Rescue, Inc. combined efforts in 2007 to make a greater impact as a grassroots alliance of people who care about animals, working together to make their lives safer, healthier and happier.
